A winning combination as we join forces with the firmly-established Voices open mic in a venue with a fine pedigree in the promotion of local music and performing arts in its previous incarnation as The Rumble Club.
While Voices looks forward to hosting many events here in the coming months this is its inaugural outing, and what finer flag to fly under than our poetry festival, with an invitation to all involved in the wider programme to come and take the mic.
We hope to attract some new voices and to hear some original music and comedy too, so if that sounds your kind of thing we look forward to seeing you there.
